The capture shows those four controls, with the three display toggles on and Save Condition Photos set to Always.
A catalog card describes the printing. The collection record describes the copy you actually own. Condition information belongs with that collection record so you can distinguish catalog identity from the state of the physical card. Where grading fields exist, they describe grading information you record. The application does not professionally grade cards. A photo-based condition suggestion, when you use it, stays separate from the condition you save.
The Analyze Condition workspace was not captured. Settings were captured. Workspace steps come from the desktop implementation.

Front is required. Back is recommended. The suggestion is labeled separately from the stored condition.
Analyze Condition is a sidebar destination. Its workspace was not captured. Settings → Condition Analysis shows Save Condition Photos, Show Centering Measurements, Show Detailed Defects, and Condition Suggestion. The analyzer requires a front photo, recommends a back photo, and presents a suggestion separately from the saved condition.
Mac, iPhone, and iPad share the same collection model. Each platform presents those records in a layout that fits its screen.
